Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on all physical items and services. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in its original condition and packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Items that have been used or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds
For physical items, once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 days.

3. No Refunds on Investment Services
Please note that no refunds are available for any investment services or financial products. All investments made through our company are final and non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund for an eligible return, please follow these steps:

• Verify your bank account or card statement.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@prof.us.org

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
